A qui sont destinées nos prestations de scanner 3D ?
Aujourd’hui nous avons fait le choix de vous présenter un peu plus en détail nos prestations de scanner 3D.
Il y a maintenant un peu plus de 5 ans le Cabinet Freitas a investi dans son premier scanner 3D. Afin de proposer à ses clients des plans 2D ou maquettes 3D de bâtiments ou d’ouvrages (ponts, barrages, …). Nous avons été l’un des premiers cabinets de géomètre à investir dans cette technologie en Auvergne. Puis, notre parc a évolué car actuellement nous sommes équipés de 3 scanners Leica dont le RTC 360. Il est doté d’une imagerie HDR et prenant jusqu’à 2 millions de points par seconde. Notre équipement permet d’effectuer des relevés précis, exhaustifs et en toute sécurité même de zones inaccessibles.
L’objectif de nos prestations est de vous permettre d’optimiser vos projets !
Nos principales prestations.
Nos prestations de scanner 3D correspondent à des besoins variés et se destinent à des types de client bien différents.
Par exemple nous réalisons des levés d’intérieur pour des architectes ou maître d’œuvre afin de disposer de plans 2D ou maquettes 3D sur lesquels ils peuvent s’appuyer pour mener à bien un projet.
Des levés précis peuvent être effectués à destination des bureaux d’études pour suivre et analyser d’éventuelles problématiques structurelles sur un bâtiment. Nous intervenons également sur des levés de façades dans le cadre de projet de rénovation énergétique.
D’autre part, nos scanners 3D sont parfaitement adaptés aux missions en milieu industriel. Que ce soit pour des projets d’extension ou de rénovation. Toujours dans ce secteur nos prestations sont très appréciées lorsqu’il s’agit d’intégrer une nouvelle machinerie ou simplement d’optimiser une chaîne de production.
De plus, nous sommes régulièrement missionnés pour scanner des ouvrages d’art de type pont ou barrage. Soit pour effectuer des plans de récolement de fin de chantier soit pour des missions de surveillance.
En résumé, vous avez pu le constater notre service scanner 3D est polyvalent et peut répondre à de nombreux besoins.
Un nouveau défi !
En effet un nouveau défi attend nos équipes, le Plan de Transition Numérique dans le Bâtiment (PTNB). Celui-ci vise à digitaliser le secteur de la construction et de la rénovation grâce au BIM (Building Information Modeling) pour plus d’information nous vous invitons à lire cet article. La pièce maîtresse de ce projet est le Plan BIM 2022. Il a pour objectif de généraliser l’usage du numérique dans le BTP en déployant le BIM dans les territoires. Cette transition du secteur de la construction est une réelle opportunité pour le Cabinet Freitas, car la clef de voûte de ce type de projet, c’est la maquette numérique 3D sur laquelle s’appuie l’ensemble des acteurs.
Pour conclure, l’alliance de nos compétences et technologies de scanner 3D et de modélisation va nous permettre de relever ce nouveau défi.
